The Earned Value Management Practitioner Training course is designed to prepare you for the EVM Practitioner Exam over two days.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Application to a Case Study
  • Sit the Practitioner paper

Exam Format

  • Objective testing
  • 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question
  • 40 marks or more required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
  • Three hours duration
  • Open book (Earned Value Management Handbook)
  • Calculators allowed
